Subscription

No, but you can sign up and cancel after receiving your first delivery.

With FED, there are no lock-ins. You have full control over your subscription.

Payments are charged every Thursday at 1am.

 If your payment fails, you’ll receive a payment failed email. To ensure your order is processed, click the provided “process payment” button before 11am on Thursday. If you miss the payment cutoff, your account will be placed on hold until reactivated.

To receive your order on the next selected delivery day, all subscriptions must be active by 11:59pm Wednesday. Subscriptions started after this time will be received the following week.

You cannot choose your meals before signing up, but you can view the full weekly menus on the home page before starting your subscription.

FED meals are $17.5 per meal with a minimum order of 5 meals. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $14.3.

Due to our delivery fee, the meals get slightly cheaper with larger orders.

Yes, once you have an active subscription, you can manage your orders from your dashboard. Simply toggle the “skip week” button on the desired week.

Quality is our biggest focus! We only have 5 meals on the menu each week. This way our chefs can focus on making each dish to the highest quality. Our menus rotate weekly so each week you will get 5 different options to choose from.

If you have an active subscription and you have not selected meals, our system will give you an even amount from the weekly menu. If you have dietary need we suggest setting up your dietary exclusions feature to customise this auto select function. once this is set up you will never have to choose your meals again.

Click “my subscription” in your account, scroll down, and click “change address.”

Click “my subscription” in your account, scroll down, and click “update card details.”

Click “my subscription” in your account, scroll down, and click “upgrade or downgrade.”

All changes must be made before 11:59pm on Wednesdays to reflect in your next order.

Meal Selections

In your account, click “choose meals.” Select your meals for up to 4 weeks in advance, and click the “save meal selection” button.

Our system has an auto-fill function that will evenly select each dish from the menu based on your subscription meal total.

Meals will be automatically selected for you. If you wish to update your selection, email your preferred choices by 10am on Thursday.

We focus on delivering the best quality and taste. Our small weekly menu allows us to maintain this quality. We plan to expand to 5, then 6 meals in the coming months.

Delivery

-Deliveries are made in refrigerated vans that are set to 2*C. 

-They arrive in craft paper bags to reduce waste

-We recommend you are at the address at the time of delivery 

-If a esky or cooler bag is left out the front our drivers will put them inside. 

We deliver on Sunday evenings, Monday mornings, Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, and Wednesday mornings.

Evening deliveries are made between 4:30pm – 11pm, and morning deliveries are made between 6am – 12pm

You will receive a ETA text message 24 hours before the day of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate delivery time requests as our routes are determined using routing software.

You will receive an SMS update with a delivery ETA 24 hours before delivery. You’ll also receive a 90 – minute away notification and a final message once delivery is made. A live tracking link will be provided for you to monitor our drivers’ location in the  ETA message from Routific.

We recommend being home to receive the delivery. Our meals are delivered in craft paper bags to reduce waste, so they can only be left unrefrigerated for 2 hours. You can leave a cooler bag or esky out and request the driver to place it in there as well. If there is no response at the time of delivery, the meals will be left in a safe place. If it is deemed to be high risk to leave the delivery we will take the back to our kitchen and arrange redelivery at a time that suits.

Once delivery is made following the delivery instructions provided. It is your responsibility to collect the meals in a timely manner. 

Product

Our meals have a 10-day shelf life from the day of packing, using MAP packaging method. Meal must be stored in the fridge below 5 degrees.  

Yes, we proudly use only grass-fed beef and free-range animal products in our meals.

Heating instructions are provided on the meal sleeve.

Yes, they can be frozen, but we recommend consuming them fresh.
